Guilt is a cultural construct:
You don't actually need to keep feeling guilty.
It doesn't actually help anyone.
It certainly doesn't help you do what you want to do, or be who you want to be.
In fact, when you feel guilty, you're less likely to be able to live in alignment with your dreams and values.
Why I created this course
I used to feel either guilt or shame a lot of the time.
It was really painful, especially in my early days as a mother.
I discovered that when I was feeling guilty, I was even less able to be present with my daughter.
I was learning from Nonviolent Communication about how guilt is created.
As I learnt more about the cause of guilt, I decided I was going to get free from it.
And I did.
It's been many years now since I've felt guilt, and my life is so much more enjoyable as a result.
And unlike what most of us have been told about being free from guilt, I actually have much more to contribute.
I'm so passionate about life without guilt, that I've been teaching it to many other people over more than a decade.
